| O presente trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de identificar as fases da germinação de sementes de araticum-de-terra-fria (Annona emarginata (Schltdl.) H. Rainer) sob diferentes temperaturas. Para tanto, o trabalho foi dividido em dois experimentos: um para a determinação das fases I e II da germinação, e outro para a fase III. O delineamento experimental foi o inteiramente casualizado, com 3 tratamentos e 4 repetições de 25 sementes por parcela, em ambos os experimentos. Os tratamentos foram constituídos pelas temperaturas constantes de 25ºC e 30ºC e temperatura alternada de 20-30ºC (8-16 h, respectivamente), com luz constante. | "Araticum-de-terra-fria" (Annona emarginata (Schltdl.) H. Rainer) has been consider a good alternative in rootstock production for the main commercial Annonaceae species. | Este estudo teve por finalidade avaliar o índice de sobrevivência do enxerto de atemoia 'Thompson' sobre dois porta-enxertos. O delineamento experimental foi em blocos casualizados, em esquema fatorial 2 x 2, dois porta-enxertos [araticum-de-terra-fria (Rollinia sp.) e biribá (Rollinia mucosa)] e dois métodos de enxertia (topo em fenda lateral e topo à inglesa simples), em 6 blocos, 4 tratamentos e 5 plantas por parcela, totalizando 120 plantas. | The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of different water contents achieved by Annona emarginata (Schltdl.) H. Rainer seeds during immersion in GA3 solutions, in variation of soluble sugars levels and germination. Seeds with 10% of initial water content were submitted to imbibition in GA3 solutions with concentrations of 0; 250; 500; 750 and 1000 mg L-1 and when they reached the water content of 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% and 35%, the quantification of soluble sugars levels and germination test were performed.
